Since 1916, LATTER & BLUM has meant commercial real estate in New Orleans. Through the years, we've maintained our commitment to quality, while growing into the largest and most successful real estate company in the Gulf South. At LATTER & BLUM, size means service. Today a staff of over fifty full-time specialists handle the sale and leasing of commercial and industrial property throughout southern Louisiana and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Our current staff includes twenty-one CCIM, eight SIOR and seven CPM® designees who offer solid experience and exceptional skill in every area of commercial and industrial real estate. In the past year, these associates have completed over 700 transactions. Our property management arm is equally experienced and has a professional staff of 170. The firm's current portfolio of approximately 4.6 million square feet under management includes residential multi-family complexes, shopping centers, office towers and industrial properties for a wide range of private and public concerns.
